We will advise you you before the house goes on sale, during the sale process as feedback from viewings but also in the negotiations. Until the notary we are there for you and even beyond.
How does the sales process look like?

Step 1: Introductory meeting
During the interview, the house is viewed and valued. We will also discuss with you what your needs and we will answer your questions.

Step 2: Personal sales plan
We give advice on selling your home address and so we propose a customized plan for you.

Step 3: Styling advice
For the perfect appearance of selling your property, we will give you personal advice. This process is supervised by our professional home stylist.

Step 4: Recording, measuring and photography
The property is recorded, measured and photographed by our professional photographer. We provide a notification always with plans to measure.

Step 5: For Sale!
After approval of all documents the property is logged into the network of brokers, Funda, Pararius, social media, our website and much more. You'll also receive our promotional material in the form of a sign or flag.

Step 6: Viewings
Preceding the viewings you will always be informed by us. Also in the evenings and on weekends we are ready for you.

Step 7: Communication
After every visit you will receive accurate feedback on the visit. We think it is important that you communicate well with you. Viewings are carried out only by Meta Cankrien and Suzanne Otten. So we know what is going on.

Step 8: Negotiations
During the negotiations we are doing everything to achieve a good price. Naturally, under the best conditions.
We guide you include in agreeing the delivery date and possibly take over movable property.

Step 9: Transfer to notary
We personally go along to the transfer at the notary. Before all documents checked and get inspections are carried out.
